This website is run by Katrina Blott on behalf of her daughter Isabelle, to raise money for Isabelle’s 2028 expedition.
What we collect
- Santa letters: your name, email address, phone number (optional), delivery address (if you choose hand delivery) and the details you give us for your child’s letter. For collection from Nansloe Academy we also ask for your child’s surname and class.
- Sponsors: your name, business name, email address, website and logo.
- Shop orders: your name, email address and delivery address.
Why we collect it
Only to make and deliver your order, or to show your logo on our sponsors page and on Isabelle’s T-shirts. We never sell or share your details.
Payments
Payments are handled by PayPal. We never see your card details.
Emails
Order confirmations and other emails from this website are sent using Mandrill (Mailchimp Transactional), an email delivery service. Mandrill only uses your email address to deliver our messages.
How long we keep it
Santa letter orders are deleted by 31 January. Sponsor details are kept until the expedition ends in 2028, or sooner if you ask. Shop orders are kept only as long as we need them for our records.
Your rights
You can ask to see, change or delete your details at any time by emailing shop@isabellesecuadorgalapagosexpedition.co.uk.
